And with the arrival of 2022, one of the biggest and most well-known events in the technology industry will be just around the corner. CES 2022 will take place on 5-8 January in Las Vegas with the participation of many of the consumer electronics companies all around the world, like us!

What is CES?

If you are interested in technological events around the world, you have most probably heard of CES, and maybe even attended one of them. Consumer Electronics Show, CES, is one of the biggest trade shows in technology which has been held by the Consumer Electronics Association (CTA). In the show, many different products, services, and companies in the consumer electronics area are presented in the industry.

The first CES event was held in 1967, and since then, it has been held every year in the USA. Many of the biggest and most well-known consumer electronics companies around the world have been introducing their products in CES since the beginning, therefore by many, CES is considered to be the most important event of the year in the industry of technology.

What Is Expected From CES 2022?

In 2021, the biggest tech event of the year, CES, was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and instead, it was held as an “all-digital” event for the first time, and viewers were able to watch the live broadcasts of the event online. According to the announcements of the hosting organization, CTA, the participants will be able to attend the show both virtually and in person. It is announced that there will be a digital platform that will enable virtual and face-to-face participants to connect and many of the shows will be shown also on digital platforms.

According to CTA, many leading companies from different industries, such as Meta, Google, Amazon, Intel, Hyundai, Samsung, and Sony, will be participating in the show to talk about the recent improvements in their technologies. Brand new categories will be included in the event to demonstrate how the industry is evolving, including space technology, food technology, and NFTs. The latest developments in the industries such as AI, AR/VR/XR, gaming, computing, automotive, transportation, home entertainment, smart home appliances, and many more will be presented to the participants.

The CES event is not open to the public, meaning that to be able to be a part of the event, you need to be in the tech industry.
